Our Story
After scaling and selling multiple companies, Brenell Dean found herself at a crossroads. She had built success, but the model she was in had run its course. When that happens in business, it’s time to pivot. Over the years, the clients, colleagues, and founders she had helped kept coming back with one question: “Why don’t you just start your own consulting firm?” So she did. With very little notice, she gathered the people she trusted, the ones who delivered value time and again, and TPP Partner Inc. was born.

THE FACE BEHIND THE VISION
Brenell Dean is an operations management leader with over 10 years of experience helping organizations bring structure, efficiency, and execution to complex environments. As founder of TPP Partner Inc., she works with businesses and nonprofits to design operational systems, improve performance, and ensure plans actually get implemented.
She has built, scaled, and led operations across law, construction, property management, education, and the nonprofit sector, including scaling and selling her own firm and consulting with more than 60 organizations. Her work focuses on operational audits, systems design, KPI development, administrative infrastructure, and hands on execution support.
Brenell brings a rare combination of operational leadership, legal and governance insight, and workplace psychology, allowing her to align people, process, and performance. She has served in senior executive roles including CEO, COO, CFO, and Director of Operations, and has chaired boards and audit committees overseeing compliance, financial governance, and organizational risk.
