Brenell Dean is a seasoned ministry leader with over a decade of experience serving in operational leadership roles within churches and faith-based organizations. She has worked as both Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for ministries, where she oversaw everything from budget stewardship to staff coordination, building systems that supported sustainable growth and freed leadership to focus on spiritual care.
With a strong administrative gift and a heart for service, Brenell recognized a gap in backend support for churches. Drawing from her background in nonprofit management, legal, and the regulatory sector, she founded TPP Partner Inc.
